Role Description

This is a contract role for an Insurance Producer with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, based in Winter Haven, FL, with some remote work opportunity. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing tailored insurance solutions. The role includes assessing client needs, providing education on policy options, preparing quotes, and managing policy renewals. Additional responsibilities involve staying current on industry regulations and trends, as well as achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to build client relationships and close deals
• Knowledge of insurance products, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment
• Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and consultative skills
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients and policies
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Florida insurance license (required) or ability to obtain one quickly
• Prior experience in the insurance industry or sales is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid office/remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
