As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the analysis of operational and financial performance across the organization. In this role, you’ll build financial models and deliver insights that help guide decision-making and drive departmental and company-wide goals.

What You'll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance across the organization.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning (LRP), including cash flow and balance sheet management.
- Analyze financial results, explain variances, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Conduct complex business modeling and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise financial reporting and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage ad-hoc analysis and reporting using diverse data sources and tools, including advanced Excel functions and BI platforms.
What Sets You Apart
- Strong understanding of full P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Solid foundation in corporate finance, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Skilled in translating complex financial data into clear insights for multiple audiences.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficient in Excel (including formulas and macros) and financial reporting tools/BI systems.
- Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience constructing, maintaining, and analyzing datasets to support financial reporting and decision-making.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant finance experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting.
- SQL and BI experience, including data construction, maintenance, and visualization.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and PBCS.
