We are in need of a New Car Sales Manager for one of our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Franklin. Under the direction of the General Manager, the New Car Sales Manager will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Hires, trains, motivates all new car sales consultants
- Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Attends weekly scheduled managers meetings
- Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect new vehicle sales
- Provides enthusiastic leadership to help shape employees' attitudes and build morale
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5 years of sales management
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
