What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for the Ford brand and helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs
- Basic computer proficiency (including mobile apps and CRM systems)
- Willingness to learn Ford products— from F-Series trucks to EV models like the Mustang Mach-E and Lightning
- Familiarity with basic finance concepts
- A team-first mindset
- A valid driver’s license
