We’re currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our Chrysler, Jeep Dodge, Ram team in Franklin. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong accuracy with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you’ll support daily transaction processing and help ensure smooth business operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers at the cashier window with professionalism and courtesy
- Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) accurately and efficiently
- Issue receipts, give change, and document payment transactions
- Provide refunds or credit memos as authorized
- Reconcile your cash drawer daily
- Answer basic customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Assist in resolving customer concerns with patience and care
- Open and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
- Print and post internal paperwork as needed
- Assist with clerical and administrative support across departments
- Serve as backup to the switchboard operator when needed
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to stay calm and helpful when assisting customers
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer proficiency; dealership software experience is a plus
- Reliable, positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous cashier or office experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule & Hours:
- Monday - Thurs 3pm-8pm
- Friday 3pm-6pm
- 2 Saturdays per month 7am-5pm
