- $120,000 earning potential with a $40,000/year guaranteed base salary commissions and bonuses

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for the Buick and GMC brands and a desire to help customers find the perfect blend of luxury, capability, and style
- Basic computer proficiency (including mobile apps and CRM systems)
- Willingness to learn Buick & GMC product knowledge — from the refined Enclave and Encore GX to the professional-grade Sierra and Yukon
- Familiarity with basic finance concepts
- A team-oriented, customer-first mindset
- A valid driver’s license
