What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying process, from greeting to delivery
- Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Work closely with management and finance to ensure a smooth sales experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
