- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse culinary teams
Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and culinary standards
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and developing back-of-house staff
- Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements
