Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shop Helper / Building Maintenance / Janitorial Assistant to support our daily shop operations and help maintain our building, property, tools, vehicles, and equipment.
This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn practical skills while assisting technicians, warehouse personnel, and management. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, willing to work with their hands, and able to move between different tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Assist with keeping the shop clean and safe.
- General janitorial cleaning.
- Keeping the facility grounds cut, clean, and in safe order.
- Pressure wash as needed.
- Assist technicians as needed.
- Mount and De-Mount truck tires.
- Assist management with tasks as needed.
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience is highly desirable, especially in vehicle or fleet maintenance environments.
- Previous lawncare experience is a plus.
- Previous shop or maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
