What You’ll Do:

EVstudio is looking for an entrepreneurial, architecture-driven leader to take the helm of our firm's Residential studio. This studio works on production homes, custom homes, log homes, and multi-family residential projects. If you're an architect with a passion for business development, client relationships, and team leadership, then this is your opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.

• Drive Business Development: Build and expand client relationships across private and public sectors, with a particular focus on the custom homes sector.

• Grow the Team: Mentor and develop architectural talent while partnering across disciplines, including civil, MEP, structural, and survey.

• Oversee Projects: Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with firm-wide leadership to align the studio's growth with EVstudio’s broader vision.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience, including client-facing and project leadership roles

• Demonstrated business development success and local market knowledge

• Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or municipal design sectors is a plus

What We Offer:

We are targeting a base salary of $110,000 to $155,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
