What You’ll Do:

EVstudio is looking for an entrepreneurial, architecture-driven leader to take the helm of our firms Office and Hospitality studio. If you're a licensed architect with a passion for business development, client relationships, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.

• Drive Business Development: Build and expand client relationships across private and public sectors

• Grow the Team: Mentor and develop architectural talent while partnering across disciplines, including civil, MEP, structural, and survey.

• Oversee Projects: Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with firm-wide leadership to align Idaho's growth with EVstudio’s broader vision.

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect (CO or eligible for reciprocity)

• 10 years of experience, including client-facing and project leadership roles

• Demonstrated business development success and local market knowledge

• Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset

• Experience in residential, commercial, healthcare, or municipal design sectors is a plus

What We Offer:

We are targeting a base salary of $110,000 to $155,000, but it is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.

Our Hiring Process:

3. A meet and greet with one of our Founders, Sean O’Hara (approx.15 minutes)
