We are targeting a base salary of $70,000 to $95,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.

What You’ll Do
If you have hands-on experience in stormwater design, water/wastewater systems, and/or land development, and want to work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, we want to hear from you!
- Assist in the design of site civil infrastructure, including grading, drainage, utilities, water, and sewer systems
- Prepare construction documents, reports, and permit applications
- Support project engineers and project managers in technical tasks and project coordination
- Use Civil 3D and other design tools to create and update plans
- Attend site visits and help resolve field-related issues
- Continue developing your technical and project delivery skills under the mentorship of licensed engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Typically, 2 years of experience in civil engineering design, ideally including drainage and W/WW design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (HydroCAD, WaterCAD, HEC programs or similar a plus but NOT required)
- Strong communication skills and a desire to grow in a collaborative environment
We are targeting a base salary of $70,000 to $95,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
