Manager of Project Administration
Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Hybrid
Schedule: Full-Time
EVS is seeking a Manager of Project Administration to lead and elevate the financial and operational performance of our project administration function. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on driving efficiency, shaping processes, and developing high-performing teams, while ensuring the financial health of the organization remains strong and predictable.
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project administrators, ensuring clarity, accountability, and growth.
Oversee project setup, billing, accounts receivable, and financial coordination with project managers and finance.
Implement and refine processes that improve accuracy, timeliness, and workflow efficiency.
Build cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support compliance and risk mitigation.
Serve as a trusted resource for clients and internal stakeholders, resolving financial issues with professionalism and urgency.
Use data insights to inform decisions, track performance, and communicate trends to leadership.
What You’ll Bring
Experience leading financial or operational teams within a professional services or project-driven environment.
Advanced proficiency in Ajera, Excel, and financial management tools.
Strong understanding of billing practices, contract administration, and accounts receivable.
Ability to build SOPs and drive process improvements that support scale and consistency.
Comfort managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
