Position Summary
As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Evry Jewels, you will be the face of our brand and play an important role in creating exceptional customer experiences during our busiest season.
You will build authentic relationships with customers, provide personalized styling and product recommendations, and help create a welcoming, energetic, and engaging store environment.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the team in achieving sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the store through outstanding customer service, strong product knowledge, and operational support.
This seasonal role is ideal for someone who is energetic, fashion-forward, sales-driven, and passionate about connecting with people in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets
- Deliver a personalized and memorable customer experience, including styling and product recommendations
- Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on new arrivals, promotions, holiday initiatives, and company updates
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support the store during high-volume and peak shopping periods
- Assist with merchandising, replenishment, restocking, and maintaining visual presentation standards
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and well-presented sales floor and back-of-house area
- Support operational and maintenance duties to ensure the store runs efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the store team to provide a positive and seamless customer experience
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude throughout the seasonal period
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset
- A strong sense of style! As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you represent the brand and should have a solid understanding of the Evry Jewels aesthetic. We want you to inspire our customers through your passion for fashion and jewelry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Reliable, energetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- Availability during peak seasonal periods is required
