Job Summary
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Development Manager to lead the creation and enhancement of our product portfolio. This role will drive the development and execution of new products that create business growth for their category by working closely with cross-functional teams to bring best selling products to market.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the end-to-end development of product category.
- Define the product strategy, roadmap, and goals.
- Take responsibility for product KPI's and business impact.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights.
- Pro-actively start and finish projects to meet deadlines within a project management system.
- Ensure successful customer meetings by focusing on preparation, engagement and follow up.
- Work closely with customers, executives, and marketing teams to align business and user needs.
- Communicate product progress, obstacles, and timelines.
Key Skills
- Provide creative input into design and development of new products.
- Copywriting, product testing and packaging briefs for consumer products in a variety of categories.
- Work with teams including design, engineering, sales, and sourcing, and operations to support new product development launches.
- Maintain product documentation, track project timelines, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in product management processes.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support product decisions.
- Ability to present a product line to sales teams and buyers.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
- Complete understanding of product lifecycle, user experience, and agile methodologies.
- Good communication, problem solving , and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
