About the Role

As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will work directly with candidates throughout the hiring process. You'll learn how to identify talent, conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and build professional relationships with job seekers and hiring managers.

This is an in-person position based in Plano, Texas.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Candidate Engagement

• Review resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial candidate phone screenings and interviews
• Communicate with candidates through phone, email, and text
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain regular follow-up communication with candidates
• Assist candidates throughout the hiring process
• Learn sourcing techniques to identify qualified talent

Relationship Building

• Create a positive experience for candidates
• Build professional relationships with job seekers
• Serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the hiring process
• Represent Evoxa in a professional manner

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate candidate records and notes
• Update recruiting systems and databases
• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress
• Support recruiting projects as assigned

No recruiting experience required.
