Territory Manager – Sales & Operations (Portable Containers)
Location: Boise, Twin Falls, and surrounding areas

About the Role
We’re hiring a driven and hands-on Territory Manager to lead sales and delivery operations in the Boise/Twin Falls area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing our presence through business-to-business and business-to-customer sales, while also managing daily delivery logistics for our portable storage containers.
This is not a typical 9-to-5 desk job—you'll be out in the field building relationships, overseeing container deliveries, and occasionally jumping behind the wheel of a rollback tow truck (used to deliver containers up to 20 feet in length) when needed.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Prospect, develop, and close new business across industries such as restoration, garage flooring, construction, and real estate.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both business clients and individual customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Represent our company at Chamber of Commerce events and local networking groups (memberships paid by the company).
- Strategically identify and expand into untapped markets.
- Handle sales objections with professionalism, persistence, and grit.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee the daily delivery and pickup operations for portable containers.
- Manage and schedule drivers to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Step in to operate a rollback tow truck for container deliveries and pickups when staffing is short (training provided if needed).
- Monitor container condition and schedule regular maintenance.
Administrative & Reporting
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, delivery schedules, and sales activity.
- Report performance metrics and market insights to leadership.
- Work with internal teams to streamline processes and elevate the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business-to-business sales; business-to-customer experience is a plus.
- Leadership skills with a strong sense of accountability and problem-solving.
- Ability and willingness to operate a rollback tow truck (training available).
- High resilience—able to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- No college degree required—your experience and results are what matter most.
Work Environment
- Full-time salaried role with a flexible schedule.
- Some days will require more than 8 hours to meet customer or operational demands.
- Field-based role combining outside sales, operations, and occasional driving responsibilities.
