The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and curious VP, Head of Alliance Management to join our team. What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Alliance Managers / Proposal Managers function
• Responsible for Just-Evotec Biologics portfolio of customer projects, driving consistent execution via robust and scalable processes.
• Proactively develop mechanism for systematic collection of customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Responsible for implementing project execution process improvement, drive best practices for timeline estimates, project budgets and financial forecasts to support team with the help of PM function
• Continually improve project execution forecasts, models, and decision-making tools
• Advise management on capacity for new work and potential resource bottlenecks
• Provide analysis and visualization of portfolio scenarios to enable decision making
• Assist Finance team with forecasting and revenue projections
• Improve business procedures and workflow for ensure compliance with policies
• Recruit and develop staff to meet the needs of a growing company
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in life-science, business, or related field
• MS in life sciences field preferred, MBA preferred
• Prior experience in managing customer-facing teams in CDMO, CRO or Biopharma companies
• Minimum 15 years of relevant life-science services operations and project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility leading teams
• Strong analytical capabilities with knowledge of a variety of tools and systems
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Organized, detail oriented, and ability to work with confidential information
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced multifunction, matrixed environment
• Familiar with working in an international environment a benefit
• Experience within biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Process Development / CMC experience a plus

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $202,000 to $250,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
