The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of design-build construction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results for discerning clients.This role is perfect for someone who loves building, leads with clarity, and can manage people, budgets, and timelines while maintaining uncompromising standards.What You’ll DoLead with Vision: Manage all phases of construction projects from design approvals and permitting to final walk-throughs.Coordinate Execution: Collaborate with designers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every detail aligns with project goals.Manage Budgets & Timelines: Track labor, materials, and subcontractor performance to keep projects on time and on budget.Quality Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, safety, and progress.Client Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively.Subcontractor Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with trades and vendors, holding teams accountable for performance and professionalism.Problem Solving: Anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact project outcomes.System Excellence: Utilize Buildertrend (or similar project management software) to document, track, and report on project progress.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years of project management experience in landscape, pool, or residential construction.Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale design-build projects.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.Experience managing high-end custom home or outdoor projects ($250K–$2M ).Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and compliance for San Diego or coastal municipalities.Excellent communication and leadership skills both in the field and with clients.Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, Construction Online or similar).Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (based on experience)Project management bonusesLong-term growth potential within a rapidly expanding companyWhy Join EvoscapesYou’ll be part of a high-performing team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and execution excellence.
