We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Packer Operator Trainee to join our manufacturing team. You’ll be responsible for safely operating and troubleshooting plant equipment, supporting productivity, and upholding safety and quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and troubleshoot plant equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain product quality per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Quality Management System standards
- Support TPM (Total Productive Management) and perform minor maintenance
- Ensure timely handoffs between shifts
- Follow safety protocols and participate in EHS/SOP training
- Be flexible with overtime to meet production goals
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Show up reliably and maintain a positive attitude
- Operate and drive a crane truck to transport materials safely and efficiently within the facility or job site
- Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Must be able to meet physical demands (lifting, standing, exposure to chemicals/noise)
