Serve as the primary contact for operations inquiries related to domestic and global shipments. Coordinate transportation scheduling, SAP delivery creation, and shipment execution to ensure timely deliveries. Manage day-to-day relationships with carriers, third-party warehouses, and packaging vendors. Coordinate packaging and railcar schedules to support production and packaging operations. Support operational functions including subcontracting POs, invoicing, packaging supply management, and month-end activities. Handle customer service support including order creation, freight quotes, warehouse shipments, and invoicing processes. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of logistics documentation, inventory records, and shipping processes. Resolve shipping, invoicing, and inventory discrepancies while supporting supply chain process improvements. Provide backup support to supply chain leadership and contribute to logistics projects, team collaboration, and compliance with safety and operational policies. REQUIREMENTS A minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; Logistics or Supply Chain preferred A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong customer service, communication, and professional interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Adaptable to repetitive tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, positive, and able to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
