We are looking for a skilled Site Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team at the Mapleton site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project prioritization, departmental budgets, and compliance with corporate standards.
This role involves leading the site's engineering and capital projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing compliance with safety and operational standards.
About the Role:
- Lead and develop the engineering team while actively participating in the site leadership team.
- Oversee project prioritization, departmental budgets, and compliance with corporate standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from conceptual design to construction, including budgeting, schedules, and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality during project execution, commissioning, and startup.
- Provide technical expertise in equipment design, P&IDs, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and support production changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering with 10 years in project or plant engineering in a chemical manufacturing facility.
- Strong project management skills, including cost estimating and implementation.
- Knowledge of OSHA PSM regulations, equipment design, and DCS control systems.
- Proficiency in SAP, EPIC, and Microsoft Office 365.
