About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Professional to join our team as a Plant Engineer. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the plant's compliance with Process Safety Management requirements and meeting environmental regulatory needs. They will also direct maintenance activities and provide engineering support to production, maintenance, and laboratory areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead activities in support of Evonik's Mechanical Integrity program and maintenance strategy, promoting efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement Process Safety Management strategies, conducting Process Hazards Analyses and managing change procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Implement and maintain site-wide environmental compliance measures, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Promote effective communication among departments, facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing
- Conduct regular safety inspections, identifying and addressing potential hazards and risks
