Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities across the business
- Work cross-functionally to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions
- Participate in root cause analyses and corrective action initiatives
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership teams
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
- Track and report on company and project metrics to support decision-making
- Support strategic initiatives and business growth objectives
- Drive operational consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
- 3 years’ experience within Operations, Engineering, Business Operations, or Process Improvement roles
- Experience implementing operational processes and procedures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, or similar quality standards
- U.S. Person status required
