Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience
- Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems and coordinate with practitioners to optimize daily flow
- Handle all phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services, products, and promotions with clear communication and courtesy
- Conduct product demos and upsell skincare treatments or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock supplies, and ensure retail areas are attractive and well-stocked
- Process transactions accurately through cash handling, cashiering, and POS systems while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Support inventory management by stocking products, tracking sales data, and assisting with retail math calculations for inventory control
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, especially within a grocery store or similar environment, is highly valued
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in managing team tasks or training new staff
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math enhances efficiency in daily operations
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating effectively with diverse clientele
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential for engaging clients professionally
- Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management will help drive sales success
