We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home healthcare setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care in a home environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
Monitor patient progress, update care plans as needed, and provide education to patients and families on managing their health conditions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health system.
Coordinate with caregivers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and preventative care.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (home healthcare experience preferred). Knowledge of home healthcare policies, procedures, and best practices. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $42.25 - $47.76 per hour
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
