Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Coordination
- Support full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to mid-level roles across engineering, design, operations, and business functions
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound applications
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and internal teams
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
- Help manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
- Work with operations and leadership to support hiring processes and timelines
- Learn best practices in recruiting, interviewing, and employer branding
- Help improve recruiting workflows, job descriptions, and interview coordination processes
- Stay curious about hiring trends, especially in tech and AI-driven companies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Internship or part-time experience in recruiting, HR, operations, campus hiring, or coordination roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools (nice to have, not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
