EvolveMKD is based in Manhattan and we operate on a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Relocation assistance is not provided.

Job Overview
A successful SVP will have a creative and analytic mind for all things digital, a proven track record of executing and generating results for creative, social media, earned and paid influencer campaigns and paid campaigns (across social, search and programmatic). This person should have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, as well as agency talent. This person should have deep experience in identifying organic new business opportunities, as well as identifying new client opportunities, and leading that process from identification to pitch development to presentation to negotiation and closing. This person should be motivated by driving strategy and overall team development. We expect team members at this level have an inner sense of “restless discontent,” i.e. they are constantly looking to elevate their client work and their personal skill set and helping everyone on their team to do the same.

Key Responsibilities
Client Partner Management
- Manage the day-to-day workflow across direct reports, peers, clients, vendors and freelancers, reporting to the CEO
- Collaborate and lead digital team across all client partners to develop strategy and execute overarching brand campaigns with an emphasis on results-driven tactics, excellent client service, and execution of timelines and budget management
- Oversee account billing and budget management for all client accounts
- Strategize, ideate, and assist in the execution of organic social, paid social media campaigns (such as website conversions, reach/frequency, engagement, fan acquisition and lead generation) across social platforms, programmatic (display, native, video, mobile), and promotional campaigns (such as sweepstakes/giveaways, brand content integrations, third-party promotions, influencers)
- Oversee creative team members and have an eye for what works/doesn’t work in the creative space and be able to discuss with clients
- Analyze metrics from influencer content campaigns and social media ad activations, ensuring that ongoing and future efforts are optimized and ladder up to overall strategies
- Assist in social listening, monitoring and reporting deliverables
Agency Development
- Actively seek out new business, help develop strategic new business proposals and budgets, present to potential clients, and ultimately win new accounts with forward-thinking strategies
- Understand how public relations and digital work together on behalf of clients, and actively work to partner with the public relations team to provide holistic integrated media counsel that is rooted in strategy and insights
- Educate internal team about performance metrics for social, display, and influencer initiatives
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop potential core services for the agency
- Work in partnership with the Senior Team to effectively develop and grow the digital team, as well as delegate and leverage cross-functional resources to achieve outcomes
Team Management
- Act as a role model by representing, communicating, and leading our overall vision, mission, and values – both internally and externally
- Manage and mentor Account Supervisors/SAEs to further their professional and personal growth
- Balance in person mentoring/team meeting time with an eye towards efficiency for individual work loads and company profitability
- Execute quarterly reviews for direct report(s)
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years’ digital experience, some agency experience preferred
- 5-7 years management experience
- Bachelor’s degree; degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Marketing a plus but not required
- Experience in leading and managing a small, but growing team. Lead with critical thinking, ability to take initiative with minimal direction
- Proven business development success
- Experience managing and owning a P L
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of “restless discontent” – wanting to always evolve and grow as an individual, as well as the team and business
- About 15% client partner and new business travel, when needed
- Comfortable prioritizing excellent client partner service above all else; flexibility to adjust to an all-hands-on-deck approach
- Ability to lead a team across digital strategy from concepting, content, and creative development to executions and campaign analysis
- Ability to address and resolve any complex internal issues with a sense of ownership and urgency
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager/Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and baseline knowledge of display/programmatic, mobile, video, e-newsletters, blogs and websites
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as various social media UI, and scheduling/monitoring tools (Meltwater, Fohr, Sprout); Photoshop a plus
Annual Base Salary Range: $157,000-$248,000 (Compensation and title will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, ad experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.)

Salary : $157,000 - $248,000
