What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Talent & People Partner position at EvolveMKD?
ABOUT THE ROLE
EvolveMKD is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and people-first Senior Talent & People Partner to join our People team. This is a unique, dual-function role spanning Talent Acquisition and People Operations — serving as our recruiting engine while partnering closely with the Director, People to execute programs and initiatives across the agency.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in full-cycle recruiting alongside a genuine passion for people, culture, and employee experience. They are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities with ease, and brings a high level of ownership to everything they do. This role reports to the Director, People.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
EvolveMKD was founded in 2014 by Megan Driscoll as a 100% independent, female-owned agency with a clear mission: to build something intentional, inclusive, and built to last. Twelve years later, that mission has evolved. What began as a PR and digital marketing agency has grown into a Brand Relations agency, exclusively dedicated to helping clients in healthcare, aesthetics, and biotech build and protect the relationships that matter most — the practitioners who recommend a brand, the consumers who champion it, and the media who keep coming back.
We thrive from our restless discontent, constantly looking to elevate our work and our skill set. We're building out a team of high performers with an uncommon level of modesty. Because no one is above the work. From every level, anyone can and does jump in. You'll never hear us say "That's not my job." We live and die off our credo, Be Kind, Don't Suck. We're proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work for the ninth year in a row.
EvolveMKD is based in Manhattan and operates on a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Relocation assistance is not provided.
