EVOLVE VOLLEYBALL CLUB – COACHES WANTED

Evolve Volleyball Club (Rockwall, TX) is looking for coaches who can lead, teach, and connect.

This is more than developing volleyball skills—this is about developing confident, resilient athletes in a positive, competitive environment.

We’re looking for coaches who:

• Stay calm and positive in pressure moments
• Build confidence while holding athletes accountable
• Value every player’s role and development
• Bring consistent energy and leadership

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead structured, high-quality practices (1–2x per week)
• Coach at club tournaments (Jan-April)
• Teach technical volleyball skills appropriate to age and level
• Reinforce team systems, roles, and accountability
• Support athletes in mental performance skills on the court (confidence, energy, mistake recovery, communication)
• Create a positive and competitive team culture
• Communicate clearly and professionally with players, parents, and club leadership
• Collaborate with other Evolve coaches and staff

Qualifications

• Prior volleyball playing and/or coaching experience
• Strong understanding of fundamental skills and team systems
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with athletes (ages 12–18)
• Reliable, organized, and professional
• Willingness to align with Evolve’s philosophy and culture

Preferred:

• Club coaching experience
• Interest in athlete development beyond just skill training but helping them excel off the court as well.
