Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in Danville, CA! This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.Payrate: $80,000 - $85,000Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pmResponsibilities and Duties:Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMRFacilitate weekly therapy groups, including Process Groups and DBT GroupsAttend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical teamComplete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admissionCoordinate after-care with parents and Discharge CoordinatorRequirements:Associates with AMFT/ACSW/APCC or Licensed LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA.
