Recruitment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines
- Update and draft job descriptions, accurately reflecting the roles and ongoing changes.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Proactively source candidates through online platforms, social media, referrals, and local networks.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, onboarding schedules, and first-day setup.
- Monitor recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Represent the company at local job fairs or recruitment events as needed.
- Assist in onboarding documentation, benefits administration, and compliance recordkeeping.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.
- Assist with HR projects such as policy rollouts, employee surveys, and training logistics.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and assist with audits as needed.
- Foster and support positive work environment for all employees.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with technology and HR systems.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while staying aligned with the HR Director.
- Passion for people, process improvement, and creating a great candidate experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop in office settings
- Occasionally attend off-site recruitment events or meetings.
- 1 – 3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Admin, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or skilled trades recruitment is a plus.
- This role will be located at the Guion Road facility until completion of new facility in Noblesville - approx. 4/1/26**
