The Analyst role will work closely with senior bankers in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. Responsibilities:
· Work on client engagements related to M&A advisory services, capital formation, and other strategic advisory work
· Support the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and presentation materials
· Construct and maintain financial models for M&A and financing scenarios
· Develop client presentations and transaction-related documents
· Research and assimilate market data related to public and private companies
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Internship or previous work experience in M&A, private equity, or related investment firm
· Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Capable of managing a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
· Resourceful self-starter; able to work autonomously
· General understanding of accounting, finance and investment banking processes
· Demonstrated team player and leader
· Exceptional analytical, quantitative and communication skills
· Able to excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
· Series 69, 73 and SIE required following employment
Compensation:
· $120k bonus, and exceptional benefits
