Structural Engineer - Custom Mountain Structures
Location: Carbondale, Colorado (Aspen to Glenwood Springs, Telluride to Ouray)
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 Excellent Benefits & Flexibility
Type: Full-Time in Carbondale or Telluride, CO (Partial remote option)

Expect To
- Lead structural designs, developing ideal solutions for complex high-end residential & commercial projects, including new, renovation, historic, assessment and repair projects
- Enjoy multitasking across various clients and projects
- Integrate timber, steel, concrete, masonry, glass, unique materials and custom connections
- Thrive in a creative team with an inherent desire to continually progress
- Lead projects through efficient internal & external collaboration, keen management of scope & fee, developing designs from concept to delivery

Required
- 6 years of structural engineering experience, 4 years in custom high-end residential
- Desire to live, thrive & work in our mountain resort communities
- PE license in CO or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 60 days
- Proficiency in relevant structural principles and codes, hand calculations and analysis programs such as RISA, Dlubal, Forte and Enercalc
- Use of Bluebeam, Revit and/or Archicad, Autocad to enhance communication and workflow efficiency
- High attention to detail with a proactive, positive, adaptable mindset
