Location: Carbondale or Telluride, Colorado

(Aspen to Glenwood Springs, Telluride to Ouray)

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 Excellent Benefits & Flexibility

Type: Full-Time in Carbondale or Telluride, CO (Partial remote option)

Expect To

• Lead structural designs, developing ideal solutions for complex high-end residential & commercial projects, including new, renovation, historic, assessment and repair projects
• Enjoy multitasking across various clients and projects · Integrate timber, steel, concrete, masonry, glass, unique materials and custom connections
• Thrive in a creative team with an inherent desire to continually progress
• Lead projects through efficient internal & external collaboration, keen management of scope & fee, developing designs from concept to delivery

Required

• Desire to live, thrive & work in our mountain resort communities
• PE license in CO or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 60 days
• Proficiency in relevant structural principles and codes, hand calculations and analysis programs such as RISA, Dlubal, Forte and Enercalc
• Use of Bluebeam, Revit and/or Archicad, Autocad to enhance communication and workflow efficiency
• High attention to detail with a proactive, positive, adaptable mindset Additional Expertise
