Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant, based in The Colony, TX. The Executive Assistant will manage administrative support functions, oversee expense reports, coordinate communication on behalf of executives, and provide comprehensive executive support. Responsibilities include scheduling, organizing meetings, handling confidential documents, and facilitating seamless day-to-day operations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience in managing Expense Reports and related financial documentation
- Strong skills in Executive Support, including scheduling and prioritization
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and executives
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
Salary Range
