Evolve Psychiatry is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Spravato Ketamine Technician. This position is ideal for a Certified Medical Assistant who enjoys working closely with patients and is passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health.
No prior TMS experience is required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments under physician supervision.
- Administer Spravato
- Take patient vitals
- Document information in the EMR system
- OCD provocations during treatment
- Prepare patients for treatment and explain the TMS process.
- Prepare patients for treatment and explain the Spravato process.
- Assist providers with clinical and administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Schedule followup appointments and coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, behavioral health, or a specialty medical practice is a plus.
