What You'll Do
As a Therapist Aide, you'll work closely with our Physical Therapists, Personal Trainers, and support team to help clients have an outstanding experience throughout their care journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients through individualized exercise programs
- Demonstrating and reinforcing proper exercise technique
- Preparing treatment and exercise areas
- Supporting therapists during patient visits
- Creating a welcoming, positive, and energetic environment
- Building meaningful relationships with clients
- Helping clients feel confident and encouraged throughout their recovery
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic
- Learning about rehabilitation, movement, exercise, and wellness
- Contributing to a culture of teamwork, service, and continuous improvement

My recommendation: For the aide position, lean even harder into hospitality, relationships, energy, and culture than clinical skills. Technical exercise skills can be taught. The ability to make a nervous patient feel welcomed, supported, and excited to be at Evolve is much harder to teach—and likely what will make someone successful in your environment.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
