We’re looking for a professional, upbeat, and qualified candidate to fulfill the role of Front Desk/ Patient Coordinator in our Syosset, Long Island location. We are seeking an individual who is motivated, personable, and naturally friendly to fulfill a Full- Time Front Desk/ Patient Coordinator.
Duties Include:
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling patients
- Check-in/ check-out procedures
- Insurance verifications
- Obtaining authorizations
- Record, collect and update financial information & patient payments.
- Answering phones
- Maintain and upkeep patient’s electronic records
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Weekend availability required**
