Job Description

Evolve Pelvic PT & Wellness is a specialty pelvic floor physical therapy clinic seeking a compassionate, personable, and organized Front Desk / Scheduler to join our growing team.

This role involves interacting with patients, managing the schedule, answering phones and emails, handling administrative tasks, and educating potential clients about pelvic floor physical therapy services. We believe the front desk is the face of the clinic and plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient.

This is not a traditional medical receptionist role focused heavily on insurance verification. As a cash-based practice, we are looking for someone who is confident communicating with clients, building relationships, and helping women feel comfortable and cared for from their very first interaction with our clinic.

This is a hybrid position requiring a combination of remote work and in-person coverage. Candidates must be available in person on Fridays from 12PM–4:30PM in Upland, CA.

About Us

Evolve Pelvic PT & Wellness is a cash-based pelvic floor physical therapy practice founded by Dr. Jermaine Ang, a pelvic health physical therapist specializing in helping pregnant and postpartum women. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, one-on-one individualized care in a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Our clinic is currently located within a Pilates studio in Upland, with the possibility of expanding into a larger space in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and website inquiries from potential and current clients
  • Follow up with leads and assist with scheduling new evaluations
  • Help maintain clinic schedule fill rate and support client retention efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming client experience
  • Organize and prepare new patient folders and welcome materials
  • Update spreadsheets, intake forms, and client information within clinic systems
  • Write handwritten thank-you notes, birthday cards, and provider outreach materials
  • Assist with administrative and organizational projects as needed
  • Occasionally attend community events and assist with marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, warm, and confident on the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
  • Proficient with email, online scheduling systems, spreadsheets, online forms, and phone applications
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with patients and team members at all times
  • Customer service, healthcare, wellness, or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and confidently communicate about pelvic floor physical therapy conditions and services offered at the clinic
  • Required In-Person Hours: Fridays 12:00PM–4:30PM
