As an Evolve Sales Consultant, you will earn a combination of guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus opportunity that is based on hitting personal sales goals.
In this Role:
You will be primary sales driver of the Evolve Team. This position is responsible for providing new and existing clients with expert consultations by delivering comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans with in-studio treatment and product solutions. Before starting in-studio, the Aesthetic Treatment Advisor will go through our unique six-week Evolve Med Spa training program that encompasses Evolve’s culture, product and service training, and our Evolve Sales System method. Key components of this position include delighting clients with exceptional customer service; demonstrating a strong record of membership conversion and retention through promotion and value; having up-to-date knowledge about Evolve products and services; and confidently educating clients on the benefits of Evolve products and services
What will you do as a Sales Consultant?
- Educates clients on customized solutions through comprehensive treatment plans including facial and body treatments and home care, product-based regimens
- Utilizes financing options, membership advocacy, and proven results analysis to create a loyal client base
- Promotes services and brand through sales and marketing techniques to drive new clients including but not limited to referral program, social media, and community events
- Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e., sales, retail, rebook, retention goals)
- Educates all non-members as to benefits of our Evolve membership program, and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members
- Develops long-term relationships with guests to ensure guest receives the best, most comprehensive care from Evolve
- Conducts direct phone calls and email reach outs to guests with retention opportunities with the goal of scheduling them for in-studio appointments
- Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
- Assists in scheduling appointments and responding to new patient leads via email, text, or phone
- Represents Evolve Purpose and Values in all circumstances
Salary : $55,700 - $70,500
