Description:Conduct thorough weekly house checks to monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines, as well as NARR and MCORR standards.Facilitate and report on monthly managers' meetings to synchronize recovery housing operations and address strategic initiatives.Host consistent one-on-one check-in meetings with House Managers and Assistant House Managers, providing mentorship, support, and performance evaluations.Attend and oversee at least one house meeting per week for each facility on a rotating schedule, ensuring resident concerns and feedback are addressed.Lead the welcoming and acclimatization process for new residents, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.Manage MDRN and ORF authorizations, maintaining compliance with state regulations and ensuring the continuation of funding and operational licensure.Collaborate with the Treasurer, to manage and update rent sheets, guaranteeing accuracy, accountability, and fiscal prudence.Establish and maintain the recovery housing budget in collaboration with the CFO, aligning financial management with organizational objectives.Administer the MDRN Bed Tracker daily to optimize resource allocation and resident placement.Regularly perform MDRN/ORF site visits, auditing for compliance with all relevant accreditation standards and operational excellence.Spearhead initiatives to maintain and enhance compliance with NARR and MCORR standards, including policy development, staff training, and continuous quality improvement processes.Requirements:
