Responsibilities

• Engage with warm, fresh leads provided daily via phone, Zoom, or email to promote and sell life insurance products.
• Educate clients on the importance of life insurance for family protection and financial security.
• Proactively close sales and build lasting client relationships.
• Own the sales process from initial contact to policy issuance.
• Participate in daily training to sharpen skills and stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications

• Ability to make great first impressions and a genuine desire to help people.
• Quick thinker who can apply training to solve client needs and objections.
• Professional approach in virtual or in-person presentations and proposals.
• Strong drive to achieve goals and hit targets.
• Passion for educating clients on the benefits of life insurance.
• Sales experience is a plus (e.g., car sales, solar, door-to-door, pest control, retail, software, or B2B)—but not required.
• Must have a quiet workspace (remote or in-office) and reliable internet.
• Honest, empathetic, and committed to client needs.
