This is a hands-on, jack/jill-of-all-trades engineering role inside a high-activity plant where the problems are real, and you can have an immediate impact.
You’ll be embedded in the plant, working across machining, assembly, testing, and maintenance to keep operations running and improving.
- Design and improve tooling and fixturing (including high-pressure testing and safety applications)
- Work directly with the machine shop, assembly, and maintenance teams to solve production issues
- Troubleshoot day-to-day challenges and keep operations moving
- Partner with the design engineering team to align product and manufacturing
- Drive incremental improvements across layout, flow, tooling, and efficiency
- Manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical or manufacturing engineering background
- Someone with dands-on experience
- Work with Tooling and fixturing ,
- Provide Production support and troubleshooting
- Work in Machining, fabrication, or assembly environments
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced plant
- Someone who prefers being on the floor
Tools & Experience
- CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Inventor
- Lean / continuous improvement exposure
- Experience supporting test environments is a plus
