Full Cycle Recruiter – Health Services
This position is primarily remote (post-onboarding), with preference for Indiana-based recruiters who understand the local market and networks.
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter for an estimated 6-month contract to support recruiting efforts across a growing health services organization. This role is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding coordination, while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate brings recruiting fundamentals, the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously, and experience recruiting within healthcare or health services environments. This individual should be comfortable partnering with operational leaders, navigating fast-paced hiring needs, and balancing both strategic and hands-on recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruitment
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical, operational, administrative, and leadership positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, timelines, and workforce challenges
• Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate recruiting platforms
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Support offer development, negotiation, and pre-employment processes
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Represent the organization positively in all candidate and community interactions
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and workforce outreach initiatives
• Help strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
Recruitment Operations
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment documentation
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring trends
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and organizational policies
• Coordinate onboarding activities and transition communication with HR and operational leaders
Collaboration & Strategic Support
• Build strong partnerships with department leaders and HR team members
• Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment challenges
• Assist with workforce planning and proactive talent pipeline development
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes and candidate engagement
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, health services, behavioral health, senior living, or related environments
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including clinical and non-clinical positions, preferred
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance practices
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
• Healthcare or health services recruiting experience
• Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume recruitment
• Familiarity with credentialing or healthcare compliance requirements
• Experience with workforce shortages and hard-to-fill healthcare roles
Prefer Indiana-based candidates with experience in the local market. Hybrid or remote flexibility based on organizational needs
