Responsibilities

• Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, metal, or other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
• Install siding as part of the framing process.
• Perform concrete forming for foundations and other structural elements.
• Erect metal buildings according to design plans.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Lift heavy materials as needed during the construction process.

Experience

• Proven experience in framing or related construction fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with siding, concrete forming, and metal building erection is advantageous.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation is essential.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail is required.
