Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Benefits and Eligibility verification
- Answer and direct phone calls with the highest level of professionalism
- Organize and schedule patient appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide support to clinical staff, patients and referring providers
- In addition to these general duties, we may request that you perform other duties that fit with your training and background experience or provide further training for new duties
