Evolve Fitness is Sioux Falls' premier women-only 24/7 fitness facility. Our mission is to provide a clean, welcoming, and empowering environment where women of all fitness levels feel comfortable reaching their goals.

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Member Experience Coordinator. This position combines outstanding customer service with facility care, sales support, and daily operations. If you enjoy helping others, take pride in your work, and love staying busy, we'd love to meet you.

This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys staying busy, notices the little details, and takes pride in keeping our facility looking its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and create a friendly, positive first impression.
• Build genuine relationships with members and help foster a welcoming community.
• Give tours to prospective members and confidently explain memberships and services.
• Sell memberships and assist new members through the enrollment process.
• Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective members.
• Update member accounts and payment information.
• Complete daily administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the facility exceptionally clean, organized, and inviting throughout every shift.
• Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning checklists.
• Assist with promotions, special events, and member engagement initiatives.
• Help ensure every member leaves with a positive experience.

Schedule Requirements

• Availability Monday–Friday between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday morning shifts
• Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
