We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant & Project Advisor to join our leading outdoor living and design build firm. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in selling construction-related projects, especially pools, patios, hardscapes, and custom outdoor features.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
· Consult with clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements for outdoor living projects.
· Provide expert advice on design options, material selections, and construction processes for pools, patios, outdoor kitchens, and other custom features.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and estimates tailored to client needs.
· Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract, ensuring transparency, trust, and professionalism.
· Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure seamless hand-off and project execution.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, construction methods, and innovative outdoor living solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
· Proven track record in sales, preferably in construction, outdoor living, or pool installation sectors.
· Strong understanding of design build processes and the ability to read construction plans.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
· Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency with CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Pay: $65, $102,585.08 per year
