Evolve Chiropractic is seeking a dependable, energetic, and patient-focused Chiropractic Technician (CT) to join our clinical team.

As a CT, you will work directly with patients on the therapy floor prior to their chiropractic adjustment, guiding them through prescribed therapies and supporting a smooth, organized clinical experience. You will also assist with new patient exams and re-exams in alignment with Evolve standards.

Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time, year-round position (not seasonal)
• Scheduled within clinic operating hours (Monday–Saturday; Friday closed)
• Saturday morning availability is required
• Participation in pre-shift meetings, in-clinic training, continuing education (CED), and occasional marketing events is expected
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential
• Structured, fast-paced clinical environment

Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients through prescribed therapies prior to their adjustment
• Assist with new patient exams and re-exams as directed
• Create a welcoming, confident, and professional experience
• Support efficient clinic flow and patient scheduling
• Complete accurate charting and documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy and clinic areas
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and team members
• Reinforce the value of chiropractic care through informed, positive interaction
• Uphold patient confidentiality and clinic standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy with the ability to stay composed in a busy environment
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable leading patients through guided movement and therapy exercises
• Professional presence appropriate for a healthcare setting
• Ability to follow established protocols while maintaining warmth and personality
• Previous experience in healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
